PROCESS TIMELINE
1. Case formulation (60 to 150 days)This stage covers everything from drawing up a strategy to collecting detailed documentation. We estimate that it can take between 60 and 150 days.2. USCIS evaluation of the petition (45 days to 15 months): At this stage your case will be analyzed by USCIS. Applicants can opt for Premium Processing, reducing the time to 45 days, while the normal processing time is 10 months.
3. National Visa Center and Interview (4 to 15 months)The last stage is the application for the Green Card, which may also involve obtaining work and travel authorization for clients present in the USA. This stage can take between 4 and 15 months, with 10 months being the expected time.
